Karim Henkens wordt de nieuwe algemeen directeur van Cegeka in Nederland, DACH en Nordics
Nieuwe mijlpaal in de verdere internationalisering van Cegeka

IT-dienstenleverancier Cegeka stelt Karim Henkens, voormalig CEO van Centric Holding, aan als algemeen directeur voor de noordelijke regio van de groep. Vanaf 1 september zal hij zich concentreren op het verstevigen van Cegeka’s marktpositie in Nederland, Duitsland en de Scandinavische landen. Die groei moet er enerzijds komen door organische groei en anderzijds door overnames.

Zander Colaers, de voormalige algemeen directeur voor Nederland, wordt COO van de Cegeka Groep. Zander is in die functie onder meer verantwoordelijk voor de infrastructuurdienstenn, alle nearshore-activiteiten en verschillende andere groepsactiviteiten.
Cegeka groepeert haar activiteiten voortaan in vier geografische regio’s: (1) HQ, (2) Regio Noord, (3) Regio Oost, en (4) Italië. Lucian Butnaru neemt als algemeen directeur voor Cegeka Oost, naast Roemenië ook de leiding nemen over Tsjechië. Butnaru zal de verdere internationalisering verzorgen in Oost-Europa.
Cegeka-dsa, Cegeka’s dochtermaatschappij maakt geen deel uit van deze wijziging en zet haar koers verder in de Nederlandse Real Estate markt.

Hasselt, BE – June 4th 2019 - Karim Henkens, former CEO of Centric Holding, joins the company as the new Managing Director for our Region North as of September 1st and will focus on expanding our footprint in The Netherlands, Germany and Nordics through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Zander Colaers, the former Managing Director of the Netherlands, is promoted to group's COO. Zander will be responsible for our infrastructure business line, all nearshore activities and several other group activities. Going forward, our activities will be grouped into 4 geographic regions: (1) HQ, (2) Region North, (3) Region East, and (4) Italy. Lucian Butnaru, as Managing Director for Cegeka East, will take charge of the Czech Republic in addition to Romania and will ensure further international expansion in Eastern Europe.
Cegeka-dsa, Cegeka’s subsidiary is not subject to this news and continues its course in the Dutch Real Estate Market.
